All-In Milwaukee

All-In Milwaukee is a college completion and career placement program that supports Milwaukee students with substantial scholarships, advising, program and career development support. All-In Milwaukee's mission is to ensure its scholars complete college, build careers, and transform the community to create more sustainable economic opportunities. Since launching in 2018, AIM has grown to more than 600 scholars and 150 graduates across eight University Partners. AIM scholars are 100% limited-income, 98% students of color, and 87% first-generation college students. 90% of all scholars who started college with AIM are persisting in college to graduation. Thanks to the scholarship AIM provides and the university package secured for each scholar, 85% of scholars currently have no student debt. 89% of our graduates have stayed in WI to start their careers.
