Milwaukee Careers Cooperative is a non-profit employment agency in Milwaukee connecting employers with work-ready employees. MCC prescreens all job candidates before linking them to new job opportunities throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We provide temporary job placement, temp-to-hire job placement (trial basis employment), and direct hire employment in the Greater Milwaukee area.
Milwaukee Careers Cooperative helps to arrange job transportation between Milwaukee residents and suburban employment locations without fixed route public transportation. This service is available through the Milwaukee Area JobRide Collaborative (MAJC) a service founded by MCC and several other agencies as part of the Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Program (WETAP). The Wisconsin Employment Transportation Assistance Program provides reliable and affordable transportation to and from suburban plant sites.
